Meet our founder, Sarah Higgins.
Sarah combines over 30 years of neuroscience, psychology and real-world leadership experience to achieve meaningful results.
A former Corporate HR/People Director and continuing Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Sarah combines neuroscience, psychology and real-world leadership experience with executive coaching, facilitation and training. She was awarded Businesswoman of the Year (2023) and is the author of Power of Love Leadership® and The Care Squared Formula®. Sarah is passionate about developing current and future leaders, supporting organisations to grow commercially while building cultures of trust, confidence and clarity.
